   Day 1 — Arrival in Zurich

   Pick-up from Zurich airport and transfer to your hotel. Free afternoon to settle in.

   Day 2 — Zurich and Rapperswil

   ▾

   9:00 AM — Guided tour of Zurich's historic centre with a local.

   10:30 AM — Departure for Rapperswil, a charming town on Lake Zurich known for its roses and medieval castle.

   12:30 PM — Free time in Rapperswil for lunch.

   3:00 PM — Return to Zurich. Free evening for shopping on Bahnhofstrasse.

   Day 3 — Grindelwald and Lucerne

   7:30 AM — Departure from Zurich into the Swiss Alps.

   10:00 AM — Arrival in Grindelwald, a charming alpine village. Time to explore the village or take an optional mountain train ride.

   1:45 PM — Departure for Lucerne.

   3:30 PM — Lucerne. Guided walk through the picturesque centre, visit to the historic Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke) and the Lion of Lucerne.

   5:30 PM — Return to Zurich.

   Day 4 — Zurich to Bellinzona to Como to Milan

   8:00 AM — Departure from Zurich across the Alps.

   10:45 AM — Bellinzona, a historic Swiss town with 3 UNESCO-listed castles.

   12:00 PM — Crossing into Italy.

   1:15 PM — Como, on the famous Lake Como. Free time for lunch.

   3:15 PM — Departure for Milan.

   4:15 PM — Arrival in Milan. Brief tour of the centre, the Duomo cathedral, and the Vittorio Emanuele shopping arcade.

   Day 5 — Milan to Pisa to Rome

   ▾

   8:30 AM — Departure from Milan toward Pisa (≈ 290 km).

   12:00 PM — Pisa. Time to visit the Square of Miracles and the famous Leaning Tower.

   3:00 PM — Departure for Rome.

   8:30 PM — Arrival in Rome and check-in at the hotel.

6. 6

   Day 6 — Rome

   ▾

   9:00 AM — 3-hour panoramic tour with a local guide through the 'Eternal City': the Arch of Constantine, the Colosseum, Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, the Vatican exterior, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona.

   Free afternoon for shopping or an optional Vatican visit.

7. 7

   Day 7 — Farewell Rome

   ▾

   10:00 AM — Free time for shopping before the airport transfer, taking home great memories from the heart of southern Europe.
