How our travel visa consultation works

Trip Away provides travel visa consultation and interview preparation for any of the destinations above. We review your case, walk you through each embassy's requirements, and coach you for the interview. Trip Away also offers certified translation and travel insurance arrangement as separate services if you need them. You prepare and submit your application directly to the embassy, and the visa decision rests solely with the embassy.

Common travel visa requirements

  • Original passport valid at least 6 months past your return date.
  • Old passports and any previous visas (if available).
  • Two recent passport-size photos with a white background (3.5×4.5 cm).
  • Bank statement stamped for the last 6 months in English.
  • Proof of employment, university enrollment, or pension certificate in English.
  • Initial or confirmed flight and hotel reservations covering the whole trip.
  • Valid travel insurance for the destination country.
  • Birth certificate (for minors) and parental consent where required.
  • Country-specific extras (e.g. invitation letters, marriage certificate, family book).

Each country has its own checklist — some embassies require more, some less. We'll send you the exact list for your destination after a quick consultation.

  1. Free consultation: Tell us your destination and travel dates on WhatsApp or by phone — we'll outline the exact requirements and timeline.
  2. Document & supporting-paper review: We review your application form, financial file, and supporting documents with you, and explain the format each embassy expects. Trip Away offers certified translation and travel insurance arrangement as separate services if you need them.
  3. Embassy appointment: We walk you through booking your embassy or visa-center (VFS) appointment, plus fingerprinting and interview procedures. You book the appointment, and we're available for any question.
  4. You submit to the embassy: Submission stays in your hands. We're a call away for any question or follow-up before, during, and after submission. The visa decision and timeline rest solely with the embassy.
  5. Visa issued: Once issued, we celebrate with you and offer to finalize confirmed flight and hotel bookings through us if you'd like.

  • Keep your bank statement consistent — sudden large deposits raise questions.
  • Use a translator approved by the embassy for any official document.

How long does a travel visa take?

It depends on the country. Gulf and short-list visas often clear in 3–7 days; the US can take 2–4 months for an interview slot; the UK and Canada usually take 2–8 weeks. We give you a realistic estimate based on the current embassy backlog before you commit.

How much does a travel visa cost?

Embassy fees start from 120 SAR for low-cost destinations and can rise for the major embassies like the US. Our consultation fee covers visa consultation, embassy-appointment guidance, and ongoing follow-up. Certified translation and travel insurance are billed separately as standalone services. Reach out for a precise quote based on your destination.

Can I apply if I've been refused before?

Yes. A previous refusal doesn't bar you from re-applying. We review the rejection reason with you and guide you in strengthening the weak points in your file. You submit the new application directly to the embassy.

Do I have to come to your office?

No. Most files are managed remotely — we collect documents over WhatsApp, review everything with you, and only ask you to come in (or to the embassy) when fingerprinting or an interview is required.

What does your consultation include?
