Application steps
Choose the right Albanian visa type
Identify the visa category that matches your purpose of travel — tourism, family visit, or business. Albania visa applications from Saudi nationals and residents are submitted electronically via the official e-visa.al portal.
Fill the e-Visa application
Open the Albania e-Visa portal, create an account, and complete the visa application form online. Upload your scanned passport and a recent digital photo.
Prepare the required documents
Prepare:
- Original passport valid for 6 months past travel date.
- Iqama copy (for residents) or Saudi national ID (for Saudi nationals).
- Recent digital photo with white background.
- Bank statement stamped for the last 6 months.
- Round-trip flight booking and hotel reservation.

Pay the e-visa fee electronically via credit card on the e-visa.al portal at the end of the application.
Track and receive your e-Visa
The e-Visa decision is usually issued within 15-21 business days. You will receive your e-visa by email — print it and carry it with you on entry to Albania.
